Real-time Database: New employee

My company hired many new programmers. All of them had finished professional education of computer. I told them if you want to get successful, you had to sacrifice your part time. In the first month most of them received compulsory education of software. Because my company is in busier location of Beijing china , so I asked the new employee to get drive licence.
